The Cold Steel Drop Forged Survivalist 36MH is a large and robust survival knife, forged from one solid block of 52100 steel. This is a type of tool steel that was originally used for ball bearings. Soon it was concluded that it also has excellent properties to be used in knives. It is tough, easy to sharpen and retains its sharpness well.
