The Chef'sChoice Model 120 is a professional electric sharpener. The machine has several stages. The first two stages have diamond metal discs and stage three has a special honing/polishing disc. With this machine, you can produce a really sharp edge on your normal and serrated knives in a short space of time. Its special resilient blade guides automatically ensure the correct sharpening angle, so guesswork is a thing of the past.
