The Fox Knives Vesuvius BF-710D2OD is an all-round bushcraft knife that offers great value for money. The blade is made from D2 steel. This is a tough tool steel that can take a beating, stays sharp for a long time and is also easy to sharpen. It does need some maintenance now and then, because D2 isn't completely stainless. Nevertheless, the advantages of this steel make it a great steel.
