New in our assortment: Böker DBK Bushfriend 2000
The Böker DBK Bushfriend 2000 is the result of a unique collaboration between Böker and the Dutch bushcraft specialists of Dutch Bushcraft Knives (DBK). The DBK team has tested hundreds of knives and combined the best features of all those knives into this exceptional design.
What makes the Böker DBK Bushfriend 2000 special?
The Bushfriend 2000 is designed with the needs of bushcraft enthusiasts in mind. Its blade made of 80CrV2 carbon steel is robust and ready for heavy-duty tasks such as batoning, making tinder and other bushcraft tasks. With a hardness of 61 HRC, the blade maintains its sharpness for a long time, while the drop-point shape and high sabre grind provide versatility for precision work as well as tougher tasks.
The handle is made from Richlite, an eco-friendly composite material of paper and resin, offering an excellent grip. Thanks to its full-tang construction, you are guaranteed maximum strength.
Practical and stylish
This knife comes with a high-quality leather sheath, equipped with a loop for a firesteel. This not only offers a safe way to carry the knife but also ensures you're ready for your next outdoor adventure.
The knife comes in two versions: a stonewashed finish and the “storm” version with a matte finish.
A collaboration to be proud of
The Bushfriend 2000 is a prime example of what happens when German precision and Dutch bushcraft passion come together. Böker, based in Solingen and renowned for their craftsmanship, and Dutch Bushcraft Knives, with their expertise and love for nature, have teamed up to create a knife that can handle anything.
