Kershaw Knives line-up for 2018: Something for everyone

As usual Kershaw keeps going. This year a whole range of new knives has been announced. These knives can be described with only one word: ambitious. The Intriguing lines and the subtle use of materials are exceptional. Kershaw, however, also excelled in terms of functionality and quality. After all, these new models are, above all, tools that were made to be used every single day.

The Kershaw Natrix 7007CF: Old design, new look and feel

Take, for instance, the Kershaw Natrix 7007CF. A knife with a lot of interesting aspects for a price nearly impossible to match. From each angle you can see that Kershaw paid a lot of attention to the details. Flowing lines take care of an organic look and feel and a lot of grip. Thanks to the texture of the G10 and the carbon fibre this knife won’t easily slip from your hands when you use it. In addition, this knife weighs next to nothing because the handle is mostly comprised of G10. The jimping on top ensures that your thumb has a safe place to rest, while you use the practical 8Cr3MoV sheepsfoot blade for daily tasks. Many Kershaw knives have been enhanced with an assisted opening. The Natrix, however, hasn’t. Thanks to the use of ball bearings the Natrix is incredibly flexible. As a result the blade will shoot from the handle when opened. But that is not all, the Natrix has also been enhanced with an interesting sub-framelock in the G10 handle. All in all, the Natrix 7007CF is an amazing knife with lots of finesse.
